Designed for vehicles equipped with an oil pressure gauge, Summit Racing oil pressure sender extensions are well-made duplicates of the originals in fit and function. The oil pressure sender extensions screw into the engine block and move the oil pressure gauge sending unit out to where there is clearance. Since these extensions have a standard NPT thread size, they can also prove useful on non-original gauge installations. And, here's a helpful tip for you--putting a little PTFE tape on the threads before installation is recommended and can eliminate leaks.
