Summit quick-release fasteners are ideal for applications where fast and frequent access is required. These quarter-turn, cam-lock fasteners that are perfect for holding fiberglass, metal, or composite bodywork and components in place. In order to retain these removable components securely, they pass through the part being held in place. Then they grab onto special springs mounted to an appropriate part of the vehicle, often on special metal weld plates.
