Quarter-turn, Dzus-type fasteners are great for removing or reinstalling lightweight bodywork and panels quickly; but you need to keep a screwdriver, special tool, or coin handy to operate them. That's not a problem with Summit self-ejecting butterfly quick-release fasteners. With their wing-nut-like butterfly heads, the 'tool' is built right into them. Just grab, turn in the appropriate direction, and you're done. It's that quick.
